We delivered a responsive website with a simple, streamlined UX. Users complete a simple sign-up process and are then able to do video interviews to help them secure a graduate job. Our cross-platform recruitment platform provided STEM with unique users profiles, the ability to register interest and apply for jobs, and even a unique psychometric profiling system that identifies their key employability characteristics and personalities to match them with their perfect job.
